Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Place milk and coconut in a small sauce pan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Strain the milk into a coffee cup.

Step 4

Place the strained coconut on a baking sheet and bake for roughly 8 minutes or until the coconut is a light brown.

Step 5

Add coffee to the coconut milk and top with the toasted coconut.
