Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Remove from heat and gently stir in the apples, cranberries, pecans and sage.
Step 3
Slice pork loin down the middle being careful not to cut all the way thru. Place on work surface cut side up and starting on one long side add stuffing mix.
Step 4
Using a foil covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray place pork loin seam-side down and season with salt and pepper
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160ºF. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
