"This is a method that most always works for me and the yellows do not turn green"
Punch a hole in large end of each egg with a punch pin or thumb tack. Cover eggs with cold water. Heat to a boil, uncovered. Do not boil. Remove from heat and cover for 15 minutes (time 15 minutes and NO MORE).
Run very cold water over eggs to cool.Crack shells and peel.
