"A quick and easy pasta meal. Use your favorite jar of seasoned pasta sauce, or make your own. You can also add more seasoning if you like more, and use more or less cheese also. It all depends on your personal taste."

I made this recipe on 6/27/13 for the Italian-American Recipes Portion of the " SUMMER VACATION TOUR " in the Games Forum.I was a tad confused about the pasta. If it's 4 ounces dry,you would get 8 ounces cooked. If it's 8 ounces dry,you would get 16 ounces cooked.I went with 4 ounces dry,and it seemed to be the right amount of cooked for the rest of the recipe.Since I was out of garlic, a bit of powdered garlic powder was sprinkled on the ground beef and onion while it was browning. After adding the sauce to the beef/onion mixture,it was tasted and the sauce seemed a little on the bland tasting side. So, a couple of sprinkles of Italian Seasoning seemed to work just fine. From Step 6 on, the recipe was made just as it was written. When we first ate this dish it seemed just o.k.. But when I had it for my lunch today, the flavors seemed to develop more and tasted much better. Thanks for posting and, " Keep Smiling : )"
