"I first found this recipe on a now defunct site it was posted By Zaney1 .And it's been made SEVERAL times since I found it in 2005. And I posted this here as a request from ImPat. This recipe would also be great in using leftover veggies. Posted to " ZAZZ " on 4/22/17. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat add onion ,ground beef, and all seasonings then cook until meat is well browned and onion is soft.

Step 2

Drain if needed and return to skillet.

Step 3

Add flour and water to beef, stir continually until thickened.

Step 4

At this time add frozen vegetables, stir until vegetables are heated through.

Step 5

Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or even noodles

Thank you for making this recipe.. I made it tonight after a long fun day at the beach,. it was quick and easy and very filling... I used just a can of peas because I didn't have mixed Veg. It was delish!!!
