Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large skillet over medium heat add onion ,ground beef, and all seasonings then cook until meat is well browned and onion is soft.
Step 2
Drain if needed and return to skillet.
Step 3
Add flour and water to beef, stir continually until thickened.
Step 4
At this time add frozen vegetables, stir until vegetables are heated through.
Step 5
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or even noodles
