"This is the name someone gave it years ago; it is not really a casserole but it is good. I use it as a topping on mashed potatoes. Campbells is the one one who makes the soup listed below. I can't always find it but Walmart has it in our area. So when I find it I buy about eight cans. It is very easy to make."

Step 1

Fry the chopped onion in a little oil till done; add the hamburger and fry till done, breaking it up into small pieces.

Step 2

Add the soup, mustard, catsup, salt, and pepper; simmer a few minutes and serve over mashed potato.
