I just made this salad for lunch and served it on bread rolls. So very yummy, and so simple to make. I diced the ham and everything was as per the recipe, I also used sweet pickle relish and loved the flavour it added. I gobbled down 2 of these, and passed a third to DS, as my waistline has an allergy to bread. ;-) He also loved it and gave me that look of....hey this ain't bad whilst demolishing it! lol I have some left over, which I know he will devour with our salad and dinner tonight. No-one else will get a look in I am sure! Great salad Manadoo, I will be making this again!
