"I had quite a bit of ham in my freezer stash and was looking in my copy of TOH's " Quick Cooking 2005 ", and found a recipe for Pasta Ham Hot Dish. It was sent to them by Judie Porath from Summit, South Dakota. I did use the ingredients that she did,but I changed the amounts and also changed the way it was prepared. And as she suggested a pound of cooked ground beef could also be used. Since it was just my SO and myself the recipe was reduce by half. This recipe is a pretty good way to use up leftovers. :) Posted to ZAZZ on 2/3/16. " Keep Smiling :)"
