Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 ounces dry spaghetti (broken into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 205 grams ham (1 1/2 cups chopped)
  • 6 ounces whole kernel corn
  • 6 ounces creamed corn
  • 4 ounces Velveeta cheese (1/2 cup, or other similar type product, cut into cubes)
  • 1/2 cup water (pasta water)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (may not need)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Garlic powder, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In a 3 quart sauce pot,cook pasta according to package directions,save 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  • Step 3: While pasta is draining,in the same pot that the pasta was cooked in melt butter and cook onion until softened.

  • Step 4: Return pasta to pan and add all remaining ingredients.

  • Step 5: Stir until well combined,if mixture is too thick and a small amount of reserved pasta water.

  • Step 6: Pour into a 2 quart baking dish which has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 7: Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
