Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor. Place in greased loaf pan.
Step 2
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup. Finish baking.
