Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 pound smoked ham (ground)
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 yellow onion, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix ground beef, mushrooms, ham, ketchup, onion, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and cracker crumbs together; I think this step would be good in a food processor. Place in greased loaf pan.

  • Step 2: Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 90 minutes. After it has baked 30 minutes top with ketchup. Finish baking.
