"My husband is an avid hunter therefore I am very fortunate to have wild meat in my freezer at all times. His favorite wild meat is moose meat; it is very similar to beef in taste and consistency. This is his favorite moose burger recipe, one we enjoy quite often. The recipe is for 1 burger so adjust the recipe according to how many burgers you will be making."
