Step by Step Method
Step 1
Drizzle the oil in a large skillet and bring to medium-high heat, add the ground meat, garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrot and the beef bouillon granules and cook until the meat is no longer pink adding the water halfway through to stop from sticking.
Step 2
Add the wine and continue to cook until evaporated and absorbed by the meat.
Step 3
Pour into a crock-pot and add the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Cover and cook over high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 7 hours.
