Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces.

Using a food processor
Step 3
First grind bouillon , garlic, thyme and celery.
Step 4
If you overcrowd the machine with everything at one time, the smaller things will not grind properly.

Now add the parsley, onions, scallions, shallots and bell pepper.
Step 6
Process until very fine.
Step 7
Add vinegar, oil and lime juice.
Step 8
Process until smooth.
Step 9
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
