Step 1: Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Using a food processor
Step 3: First grind bouillon , garlic, thyme and celery.
Step 4: If you overcrowd the machine with everything at one time, the smaller things will not grind properly.
Step 5: Now add the parsley, onions, scallions, shallots and bell pepper.
Step 6: Process until very fine.
Step 7: Add vinegar, oil and lime juice.
Step 8: Process until smooth.
Step 9: Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
