Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed,to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 stalks celery,chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper,chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley,minced
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 shallots,minced
  • 7 scallions,minced
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 lime,juiced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces.

  • Step 2: Using a food processor

  • Step 3: First grind bouillon , garlic, thyme and celery.

  • Step 4: If you overcrowd the machine with everything at one time, the smaller things will not grind properly.

  • Step 5: Now add the parsley, onions, scallions, shallots and bell pepper.

  • Step 6: Process until very fine.

  • Step 7: Add vinegar, oil and lime juice.

  • Step 8: Process until smooth.

  • Step 9: Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
