Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F; grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan very well.
Step 2
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Step 3
Add Guinness and eggs; stir until just combined.
Step 4
Smooth batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
