Step by Step Method
Step 1
Spray a cast iron grill pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat.
Step 2
Cook naan (or pre-made pizza crust), 1 piece at ta time until lightly toasted (2 minutes per side). Let cool completely.
Step 3
Press cut side of fruit in sugar to coat. Place fruit cut side down on grill. Cook until grill marks form and fruit is slightly softened (2-3 minutes per side). Cut fruit into slices.
Step 4
In a bowl, stir together cream cheese and honey. Spread cream cheese mixture onto toasted naan. Top with grilled fruit. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with blueberries and mint, if desired.
