Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (8.8 ounce) flatbread (naan flatbread or remade pizza crust may be substituted)
  • 2 peaches, pitted and halved
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and halved
  • 2 plums, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Garnish
  • Blueberries, mint leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spray a cast iron grill pan with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat.

  • Step 2: Cook naan (or pre-made pizza crust), 1 piece at ta time until lightly toasted (2 minutes per side). Let cool completely.

  • Step 3: Press cut side of fruit in sugar to coat. Place fruit cut side down on grill. Cook until grill marks form and fruit is slightly softened (2-3 minutes per side). Cut fruit into slices.

  • Step 4: In a bowl, stir together cream cheese and honey. Spread cream cheese mixture onto toasted naan. Top with grilled fruit. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with blueberries and mint, if desired.
