Step by Step Method

Combine all the marinade ingredients.

Marinate halibut filets for three hours.

Step 3

Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.

Grill halibut filets on medium-high heat 5 minutes per side, or to your liking.

This dish was full of delicious full flavored goodness. I used cod and marinated it about 5 hours. I didn't have seasoned salt so I looked up a recipe and made my own. I would definitely make this again. I think this would make a great recipe for having people over.
