Step 1

Using a gas grill turn all burners to high, cover and heat grill until hot (this will take about 15 minutes depending on your grill) and leave all burners on high.

Step 2

Clean and oil cooking grate. Toss asparagus with oil on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Place asparagus and grill and cook, turning once, for about 5-10 minutes or until tender with grill marks. Transfer to a platter and season wit salt and pepper.
