I needed a Greek salad dressing and this looked so good. I made it up ahead of time to make sure that the flavors had a chance to mix in really well. It was very good and will be used often!

I had the vinegar added to the dressing before I realized that I had grabbed the Balsamic Vinegar bottle instead of Red Wine Vinegar. So quick to make but so good (even with my oops)! Thanks, Bea.

To keep the Greek theme going I chose your dressing for a Greek salad along side Bergy's rotisserie chicken for our Mother's day brunch, I think this may have been the best meal we ever had, thanks for making our Mother's Day so special
