Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave spinach for 45 seconds or until wilted. Pat dry. Add all remaining ingredients except for bread and butter and mix together.
Step 2
Spread mixture onto one bread slice. Top with remaining bread slice. Spread the top of he sandwich with 1 teaspoon butter.
Step 3
Bringa skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat and add sandwich, buttered side down.
Step 4
Spread the top with remaining 1 teaspoon butter. Cook until bead is golden brown and cheese is hot (2 minutes per side), flipping carefully.
