Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl place popcorn with the nuts and cranberries.
Step 2
In a microwave safe measuring cup melt the chocolate on high for 1-2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds or so.
Step 3
Pour melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture, stirring until coated.
Step 4
Spread mixture on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and let stand for 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Sprinkle with gold dust.
Step 5
Break popcorn mix into pieces.
Step 6
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
