Very nice tea that was especially enjoyed on a cold winters day. I used less on the amount of ginger as indicated. I love the addition of brown sugar but found it to be a bit too sweet, so next time I will use less. I will also try using dark brown sugar because I bet it would be super good. It was well enjoyed with a side of cookies. Thank you dieniab for another winner of a tea!
