"I was looking for a side dish to compliment my Grilled Jerk Marinated Pork Chops and tossed this together. This turned out to be a great accompaniment to the chops."

Step 1

Place the potatoes, beans, garlic and salt in a pot and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are just tender, about 15 minutes.

Step 2

Drain and add the remaining ingredients.

Gently mix until butter is completely melted and potatoes and beans are coated.

I made this recipe as written from an ingredient point of view, but I did chg the cooking method. I sprayed the baby potatoes & fresh green beans w/a coating of non-stick cooking oil & oven-roasted them til tender. Then I finished the recipes as directed. Served w/a Herbed Cranberry Chicken dish, the combo made an excellent meal. We loved the flavor profile of this dish & it will be made again. Thx for sharing your recipe w/us.

Just enough heat to make these interesting. Loved them! Made a pork tenderloin to have with it. Great dinner!
