"You can tell its cold outside now because all my meat and potato dishes are being pulled out to make. This is another frankfurter recipe that is hot and inexpensive, and handwritten on a 3x5 index card from way back when our family was new."

Engrossed

I'm just leaving an informational review, as this didn't work out to our tastes but may still appeal to others. I made this with 1tbsp butter, smoked Spanish paprika, condensed tomato bisque and turkey kielbasa. I think I would have liked it better with beans or larger chunks of potatoes and more spice and/or garlic. Bell pepper might be good in it too. It just seemed to be missing something. I baked it for the max amount of time. As is, the diced potatoes became very soft and I didn't enjoy mushy starchy texture of them and the sauce and the sausage. Freddy Cat says thanks for dinner! Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
