Flour Tortilla Sandwhich
"Hubby and me are trying new things and trying to come up with new things to eat healthier. I found that I love avocado in place of other mayo's an spreads. At lunch today I had a wrap sandwich so I thought I would come up with my own and something I know my hubby would like too. You may add your favorite herbs to each one. The tortillas I used are made with sea salt and canola oil. Each one has 130 calories compared to 200+ for most other brands I checked. No cooking necessary."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel and mash avocado.
Step 2
Peel and finely dice cucumber.
Step 3
Finely dice tomato.
Step 4
Lay a tortilla on each plate.
Step 5
Spread about 3 TBSP avocado on each one.
Step 6
Lay 2 slices of lunch meat one each one.
Step 7
Tear cheese slices in half and lay 2 pieces on each meat.
Step 8
Add about 3 TBSP. of cucumbers to each one.
Step 9
Add about 3 TBSP tomatoes to each one.
Step 10
Roll up and enjoy.
