  • 1 package (15.5 ounces) tortillas (Frescados Flour Tortillas, large size)
  • 1 medium avocado (mashed)
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cooked turkey (Hormel Natural Choice Oven Roasted Deli Turkey)
  • 1 small tomato
  • 1 package (7.5 ounce) provolone cheese slices (low-fat or low calorie provolone cheese slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and mash avocado.

  • Step 2: Peel and finely dice cucumber.

  • Step 3: Finely dice tomato.

  • Step 4: Lay a tortilla on each plate.

  • Step 5: Spread about 3 TBSP avocado on each one.

  • Step 6: Lay 2 slices of lunch meat one each one.

  • Step 7: Tear cheese slices in half and lay 2 pieces on each meat.

  • Step 8: Add about 3 TBSP. of cucumbers to each one.

  • Step 9: Add about 3 TBSP tomatoes to each one.

  • Step 10: Roll up and enjoy.
