Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Pam spray a cookie sheet.

Step 3

Mix spices all together in a bowl.

Step 4

Oil chicken and massage it in, and sprinkle spices all over pretty heavily but to taste and place on cookie sheet.

Step 5

Bake 50 minutes until done to your liking, check at 40 minutes, I like mine well done; pierce thigh and if juices run clear it's done.

As seems to be the case so often - simple is best. We absolutely LOVED the seasoning. Massaging the oil onto the chicken really made a difference, as we got a nice crispy skin and moist and flavorful meat! For the Tuscan seasoning I used a rosemary-herb blend from Pampered Chef, one of my favorites. And added a bit of salt. We eat chicken a lot, so thinking I might have to make a bigger batch of the seasoning to keep in a shaker! Thanks for sharing, Dee!
