Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Pam spray a cookie sheet.
Step 3
Mix spices all together in a bowl.
Step 4
Oil chicken and massage it in, and sprinkle spices all over pretty heavily but to taste and place on cookie sheet.
Step 5
Bake 50 minutes until done to your liking, check at 40 minutes, I like mine well done; pierce thigh and if juices run clear it's done.
