Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil the kohlrabi in the 6 cups water until half way cooked,save 1 cup or 2 of the water
Step 2
Cool scoop out center
Step 3
Mix the rest of ingredients together except butter and stuff the kohlrabi
Step 4
Place filled kohlrabi in casserole
Step 5
And use a cup or more of the cooking water to surround the kohlrabi
Step 6
Dot with butter
Step 7
Cover
Step 8
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes
