Step by Step Method
Step 1
For the dressing: process first 7 ingredients in blender for 5 seconds
Step 2
With motor running, slowly add vinegar through hole in lid.

Process until thick and smooth. Stir in second amount of poppy seeds (makes 1 cup of dressing).
Step 4
Put remaining ingredients into a large bowl.
Step 5
Drizzle with dressing. Toss.
