Yum! Shrimp with avocado is one of my favourites. The only thing I changed was using greek yoghurt with a bit of dijon instead of the mayo because I totally cannot stand mayo LOL Thank for sharing!

I liked this a lot - shrimp and avocados are two of my favorite foods. For two of us I had 2 avocados and one of them was yucky when I cut it open, but the results were still yummy anyway! Made for Lighten UP
