Step 1

In large pot put meat and water. Cook for 1 hour

Step 2

Take meat out debone and chop fine

Step 3

Add back to stock add everything but butter beans and corn

Step 4

Simmer 2 hours, at very last 15 minutes add corn and beans

Step 5

May need to add more water but should be thick

Step 6

Adjust seasoning to taste
