Step 1: In large pot put meat and water. Cook for 1 hour
Step 2: Take meat out debone and chop fine
Step 3: Add back to stock add everything but butter beans and corn
Step 4: Simmer 2 hours, at very last 15 minutes add corn and beans
Step 5: May need to add more water but should be thick
Step 6: Adjust seasoning to taste
