Step by Step Method
Step 1
Line bottom and sides of an 8-square pan with foil allowing foil to extend over sides of pan by about 1 inch. Butter foil.
Step 2
Over medium-high heat in top of double-boiler or heatproof bowl set over pot of hot water combine white chocolate and condensed milk.
Step 3
Cook, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth, 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour mixture into pan; sprinkle candy cane pieces over top. Using knife lightly swirl candy cane into chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares.
