  • 12 ounces white chocolate (coarsely chopped)
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • Peppermint candy cane (1/4 cup, coarsely chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line bottom and sides of an 8-square pan with foil allowing foil to extend over sides of pan by about 1 inch. Butter foil.

  • Step 2: Over medium-high heat in top of double-boiler or heatproof bowl set over pot of hot water combine white chocolate and condensed milk.

  • Step 3: Cook, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth, 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Pour mixture into pan; sprinkle candy cane pieces over top. Using knife lightly swirl candy cane into chocolate mixture.

  • Step 5: Refrigerate until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares.
