"Have had my Cosori pressure cooker since Christmas, word was making hard boiled eggs in the pressure cooker/insta pots made for perfect eggs each and every time. I was hesitant and admittedly a bit skeptical until a family member made eggs a few weeks back. An absolute winner, quick, easy cooking, super easy peeling and yes perfect eggs each and every time! If you are new to pressure cooking I suggest carefully reading the instructions and recommend watching a few of the videos to become familiar with your pressure pot. I suspect as with ovens pots may vary, recently tried 5 minutes instead of 7, in my pot 5 works well. Have also gone with a dozen eggs with great results."

Easy Peasy way to do "boiled eggs" I used farm fresh egg and they peeled so easily. I did the recommended 5 minutes and they turned out perfectly hard boiled so I used them for egg salad and then tried another 6 eggs at 3 minutes and they turned out perfectly soft boiled. I will be using this method from now on!
