Step by Step Method

Step 1

Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.

Step 2

Boil a pot of water. Carefully add in eggs with a spoon.

Step 3

Boil for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Drain the water then with the lid on.

Step 5

Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.

Step 6

Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards, the peels will fall off the eggs.

I scaled back to make 2 eggs to use in dienia b's https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/avocado-egg-salad-23238 Avocado Egg Salad and would very happily recommend this recipe especially if you have lots of eggs as the peel just slipped right off and did not have any egg white sticking to the shell fantastic.
