Step by Step Method
Step 1
Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.
Step 2
Boil a pot of water. Carefully add in eggs with a spoon.

Boil for 15 minutes.

Drain the water then with the lid on.
Step 5
Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.
Step 6
Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards, the peels will fall off the eggs.
