Step 1: Before cooking, allow cold eggs to reach room temperature.
Step 2: Boil a pot of water. Carefully add in eggs with a spoon.
Step 3: Boil for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Drain the water then with the lid on.
Step 5: Shake the pan up and down to break the shells.
Step 6: Cover eggs with cold water immediately afterwards, the peels will fall off the eggs.
