Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large pot, combine corn syrup, sugar, salt, water, and maple flavoring; bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes to cool. Then stir in the full can of evaporated milk.

Step 2

Once you’ve stirred it together well, pour the creamy maple syrup into empty syrup bottles, or whatever kind of bottles you would like.

NOTE: Creamy maple syrup DOES need to be refrigerated, since it has evaporated milk in it
