Step 1

FOR THE RICE: Saute rice in butter and oil

Step 2

Add water, seasoning and sugar cover and simmer for 20 minutes covered

Take off lid put a layer of paper towels

Cover and let set while cooking beef

In skillet: add butter and oil. Saute vegetables

Add ground beef. Add garlic. Drain grease if necessary. Season then add parsley

In large heatproof bowl that you have sprayed pam in, add the beef on bottom, then press in rice pretty hard so will all stick together

Step 8

Put plate on top and flip over rice will be on bottom
