"This is a recipe my Mom used to make ages ago, it was my Dad's favourite way to enjoy minute steak and it was dirt cheap. I make this with either beef, moose, venison, elk or bison, all work well. If gluten intolerant make sure you are using gluten free all-purpose flour."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Step 2
Meanwhile mix together the flour, Montreal steak spice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag.
Step 3
Add the tenderized steak and toss to coat.
Step 4
Place in skillet and cook until you have a light crust on the bottom, about 3 to 4 minutes, turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
