Step 1: Bring the oil to medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Step 2: Meanwhile mix together the flour, Montreal steak spice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag.
Step 3: Add the tenderized steak and toss to coat.
Step 4: Place in skillet and cook until you have a light crust on the bottom, about 3 to 4 minutes, turn over and cook for another 2 minutes.
