"This is one of my favourite bar desserts. I found this recipe in a cookbook a co-worker of mine brought in to work one day. It was added to my Xmas dessert list after trying this for the first time."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Bottom: Mix flour and sugar well.
Step 2
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Step 3
Pack into ungreased 9x13 pan.
Step 4
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for about 10 min.
Step 5
Top: Stir all ingredients together, spoon dabs here and there over bottom.
Step 6
Spread over bottom crust.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 min, until set and golden.
Step 8
Cool and cut into squares.
