Dirty Rice With Sausage Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

"This is another recipe that I had originally posted to a site that is now defunct. You know that I create a lot of recipes that uses leftovers and this one uses leftover " Dirty Rice & Sausage ". The rice/sausage mixture can be what ever you have on hand.The cooking of the cabbage leaves is not included in this recipe. I like to serve this with my #recipe10195 and corn. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Mix together rice mixture and cheese, set aside.
Step 3
Prepare an 11 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 4
Divide rice/cheese mixture evenly between cooked cabbage leaves, roll cabbage leaves tight so mixture doesn't come out.
Step 5
Place each roll seam side down in prepared dish, and pour sauce evenly over rolls.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Step 7
Carefully remove rolls to serving plate, and pour remaining sauce over rolls.
