Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 large cabbage leaves (cooked until tender enough to roll)
  • Leftover Dirty Rice w/sausage (1 1/3 cups)
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.

  • Step 2: Mix together rice mixture and cheese, set aside.

  • Step 3: Prepare an 11 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Step 4: Divide rice/cheese mixture evenly between cooked cabbage leaves, roll cabbage leaves tight so mixture doesn't come out.

  • Step 5: Place each roll seam side down in prepared dish, and pour sauce evenly over rolls.

  • Step 6: Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.

  • Step 7: Carefully remove rolls to serving plate, and pour remaining sauce over rolls.
