"This marinade makes my meat so tender, and the end result is fabulous! It a very subtle marinade, but really enhances the flavor of the meat well. I usually just throw it into a Ziploc bag, zip it up, and shake the bag, then add my meat and marinade between 3 hours and as long as 3 days. The steak is mouth watering, tender, and melts in your mouth! PLEASE NOTE: You can make this marinade up and add your steaks to the bag, and then freeze. When ready to use just pop them in the refrigerator to thaw, and by the time they are thawed, they are marinated and ready to grill, broil, or fry. This makes enough marinade for 4-6 steaks, depending on the size."

One easy and great marinade! I used low sodium soy sauce and it worked out just fine. I marinated beef tips and they cooked up great on the grill. I brought the kabobs to room temp and seared all the edges quickly and then turned down to low to finish grilling. Tips were tender and extra juicy!

Wonderful marinade! I had a chuck steak from a local farmer and marinated it for 5 hours, then put it on the barbecue. Turned out very tender and full of flavour. Sorry no photo. Will be keeping this in my summer file. Thanks Linda for another keeper recipe! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

This is a great tasting marinade we really enjoyed. We used this to marinate beef strips which we used in a stir fry. 5 stars all the way.
