"From can label. It said to use bean juice in soup. I think you could use the juice measure to 1/2 cup with 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon to taste . That's a lot of seeds, start 1/2 teaspoon and go from there. Add frozen beans to make up difference in canned beans, if needed throw them in with the celery."
