Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat eggs, then pour into pan sprayed with Pam; cook until almost set.
Step 2
Spread in pizza sauce, then on one side, cheese, meat, olives and mushrooms. Flip top over, slide onto a plate.
Step 3
Finish in microwave for a couple of seconds to cook inside (can put cheese on top before you microwave to be pretty).
